Hi,
The phrase "Yahoo Mail: Search, Organize, Conquer" seems to be the new default signature for sent emails on Yahoo, just like the signature "Sent from my iPhone" from Apple users for example.
You should be able to change or disable this signature by clicking the Settings icon > More Settings > Written email and turning off the Signature option. On the Yahoo Mail app, select your profile picture, then Settings > Signature and turn it off.
However, please note that if this signature is displayed on emails you receive - not on emails you send, you can't remove it. Only the person in question can disable the signature on their account.
If you see empty emails but only the Yahoo signature, it's possible that no content was added to the email when sent. You can try sending an email to yourself and checking emails sent from different senders, to see if you can see the entire content of emails. If you can, there's no issue on your side.
