Network error

Pretty sure I have a virus and or have been hacked. Amoung many other problems I can't access Google play (shows RH-1), and network finishing error code issue now.. How do I fix this?

Pretty sure I'm hacked, could possibly just be a virus what can i do to figure out which? I have fixed previous issue...

What is the previous issue? The play store connection? If you feel you have been hacked, then reset the phone back to factory conditions. You will lose all of your contacts and apps, but it is worth it as you have been hacked! I would start with removing all downloaded apps!
