Not receiving Yahoo Mail verification code

Hello,
I've been trying to access my yahoo mail account, it says enter a verification code sent to my phone, but am not receiving a verification code, I also don't have the password to my alternative email.

My verification code was sent to my e-mail and am not receiving it
