Iphone Battery stopped on 80%

My battery will stoped on 80% and didn’t charger more than 80% what kind of issue it is but the charging and consumption is fine..! Sometimes it will goes up but it will take alot time ! What kind of issue it is ?

There were reports of battery issues with iphones. We suggest you take it to where you purchased it.
