How to install and update WhatsApp using a Tizen ?

Hello,
I have been trying this over and over it is not working I even uninstalled my WhatsApp and the tizen store app is not even responding. Everything has just shut down all of the sudden can someone just tell us what's happening
I can't take it anymore I haven't been on WhatsApp for the past two days and it's hectic

There seems to be a bug with WhatsApp and Samsung Tizen.

Wait and try again later when Samsung fixes the problem.
