Hello, somedays ago i started to have this problem, and i dont know what is happening on my pc. Everytime i start a game after some seconds the display turns off like it have no driver running on and the cooler from my gpu goes to 100%. Some times i dont even need to run a game. Every piece is New, only 3 months of use.
My setup :
MSI B250m gaming plus
Patriot Viper elite 8gb ram ddr4 2400mhz
Zotac 1060 6gb amp
Ssd 120gb
Corsair cx550

How many fans are in the case? What size is the CPU fan? DO you have a fan on the GPU besides the one that is one the card?

Or maybe you are playing games which are not compatible with your Pc. That's why it is hanging a lot. Try games which are compatible or use the downgraded version.

My machine would not stay stable on window 10, until I under clocked the CPU to 80%, and put in the two extra fans you see WITHIN THE CASE. There is two more fans in the front (that you don't see), and when the cover is on, there is one drawing hot air out the side! I have 7 fans when the Lid is on it! OH and one on the GPU underside (that you cannot see) for eight total!
