Nothing is working

Hello,
I can't do the restore or even the malwarebytes.... the computer won't even open the ctrl, alt, del. What else can I do??!!

If you are using Windows XP, Boot your the windows installation CDROM and then repair your system!

This is because your system files are corrupted or damaged!
