New Folder Virus

Hello,
when ever i open a folder in my personal system, i find a new folder or a folder with the same name inside the original folder. even though i remove the same, it again emerges. this has come innto my pc through a pen drive. i have to clean my pc as well as pen drive immediately. please suggest me a antivirus for this.

I will advise you to use AVG antivirus and AVG antispyware!

well guys theres one thing for sure which has a definite solution n has worked for me. its Avast antivirus. just install it and let it do the rest... sigh!!!

I found that Newfolder.exe virus in one of my pc. Even though I was using Avast Home version 4.8 (free), it can't remove that virus.
I have used Spyboot software, Mcafee Rootkit Detective, AVG Rootkit tool aslo, but, that virus still attack task manager, folder option. How can I solve this without formatting the hard dis?
