antivirus warnings Closed

Question

Hello, i have a big trouble. I'm using the NOD32 legal antivirus. I had restarted my windows and the antivirus program is always warning me about virus (D:\sm.exe and C:\sm.exe treat: a variant of Win32/Pacex.Gen virus). and it's unable to clean!!! Please, help me to solve this problem.
