Hello,
I have a dell inspirion. With in the last 4 months I have had a problem with commercials playing through my laptop. I tried disconnecting the networking cable and that stopped them at first. However, after about the fourth time I tried this I found out that whatever was going on was not related to the networking cable. I'm not sure if it means I have a virus or if someone loaded something on the computer to cause this. Should I just take it into the shop and have someone look at it or is there a way to fix it myself?

hi,

if the laptop is still on warranty, then take it to the shop where you bought it.

they will get your problem solved without any fees.

you may also download and install an antivirus, update it and then scan your computer with it.

this will clear your computer from any virus.
