Facebook disabled reviewing additional documents

Hello i tried to change my name on facebook so it sent me to confirm my name and send some id which i did ever since ive not been able to access my acct each time i try to log in its say thanks for submitting your document we would contact you if we need additional information with a logout box and i cant even view my homepage,profile or anything else on facebook pls help

The problem might be that your new name doesn't match your ID. When you log in, what options pop up? Does it have a contact facebook option?

this is what pops up We'll take a look at the documents you submitted and get back to you. If we need more help with confirming your name, we'll contact you for additional documentation then logout box

Facebook wishes to verify your identity. Have you submitted to Facebook the document that Facebook has requested from you? You will not be able to recover your account until you do. Check your email or sms Facebook sent you a message.
