Keys are not working

Hello!
Certain keys of my laptop keyboard are not working especially a, s, d, f, g, h, j, k, l, :, '. And sometimes my keyboard starts typing by itself. What should I do so that I can use my laptop keyboard properly and continue my work? Kindly help.

it appears that you need to have the keyboard replaced.
