Need help with my stolen car

Hello,

hi i am trying to track my stolen car by useing the the phone that text me on making arrangment and payment for my stolen car that they have steal from me
what are the best way i have ssek a few app on line but not accurate i think they use the app for blocking GPS ttracking device
