Hello, i have an external dvd reader and i want to do formatting but i did not know how to make message ( press any key to start dvd ) come out to me , computer supports usb boot , the external dvd reader works fine , external dvd reader ( hp ) ecd919-su3 ) .

you boot into the BIOS and change the boot order to boot from the external drive.

It appears that you have the boot device set to USB
