Hello,
25/11/2017 · Datawait file type format Good day. Please am facr serious problem with my pc files, after activation of Windows the whole of my files changes to .datawait format.

Actually, there are no instructions. Datawait is a new type of ransomware. The best we can do it to disinfect the computer system but that will not decrypt the files.

How did you activate Windows?
If you have used illegal activation software to activate Windows, it is normal that your computer is infected, this type of software should be avoided.
This new ransomware also spreads via email attachments.
Be cautious.
