Wont let me into the task manager

Hello,
i"ve to get into the task manager and tried to restore also. but this lsas. thing wont let me do anything or download any software to remover it. Any hints on what to try now?

hi,

go to safe mode (press F8 when booting your computer and then select Safe mode) and then install the MalwareBytes AntiMalware removal tool.

update it and then scan your computer.

this will remove the malware present in your computer.
