How to repair virus infected files?

Hello,

My all files, folder and rar files infected from virus. The virus added djvur extension into end the all system files even pictures video or other format files and file name show like this (madicen.pdf.djvur, so i try my best and i remove djvur extension from files like this (medicen.pdf) but it's not working.I open the pdf file, but the pdf reader show this message "the files are corrupt or damage or other format."
please help me.
