Hello,
i have the same problom when i go to itunes it dosent show my ipod. i also have a diffrent problom because my ipod needs to be restored but the usb is unreconized.... the screen is all gray with the apple and keeps blinking!!! i dont have a clue of what to do so if someone could help tell me PLEASE!!!!!

hi,

try to update the version iTunes and try to connect again.

if it does not work, then contact your local Apple dealer to get the iPod repaired.
