Some Apps are not working with wifi bsnl modem

Iam using BSnl modem wifi, from last two some apps like Paytm,mpl apps are not opening with my wifi but remaining apps are working and i am browsing with my wifi data in my phone. I tried these apps with mobile data and with other wifi they are opening. These apps are not working with my wifi data only plz help me
