Cannot download an app from CHplay

Hello,

i bought a headphone jbl everest 700, and it came with a sticker with a QR code lead to CHplay app name JBL music. mainly to help to adjust the headphone deeper that user can not do manually. i saw the downlaod button but when i clicked, it said the app is not supported in my region in vietnam.
can anyone know how to get through the gate to download the app.
