Drop down list missing on code button

Hi,

Whenever I reply to someone and want to give a code it's proper format, there is a code button above the message body to do so. As of late the drop down list arrow is missing, but when clicking the preview button, the arrow is back.

Possibly a browser issue? 

SELECT *
FROM tbldropdownlist
WHERE Button='CODE';


I had no problem. This wasn't an edit.
