So for about two weeks now, my computer hasn’t been able to turn off properly when i try to shut it down through windows. Well, it does turn off, everything goes black and the keyboard turns off and it goes through the shutting down process. But my PC keeps working, and all the LEDs on it stay on like its still turned on. The only way to fully shut it down is by holding down the power button.
And i have tried making sure there’s no applications running when i try to turn it off.
Also not sure if this is related or not but the same day i ran into that problem, my audio jack seemed to stop working. My headset works fine but the PC doesnt recognise anything being there when i plug something into the headphone jack.
The PC was custom built about 6 months ago and it shouldn’t have anything wrong with it as i look after it.
