Forgot my barring password for my Huawei Y5 2019

Hello, can you please help me with the barring pin I forgot... I can't even make outgoing calls please help me

Hi,

If you have forgotten your call barring code, contact your carrier to retrieve it.

Plz I desperately need the help coz I don't remember setting those password. It's being a week now & i tried to call MTN Customer Service but they keep on saying I should dial #330*0000# but it doesn't work either

The only option let if you don't remember setting a password is to reset the phone
