I can't do anything on it

Hello,
I have tried to go to the hobby store with the phon but it only lets me go to the quicky mart, and it wont let me upgrade or anything. the only thing i can do is visit others houses and get a job, thats it!!

sorry i meant to be in the SIMS 3 chat room, this is for the SIMS 3 game on mobile phone.
