I have the Moto E5 play, and when I'm playing a game or online, or even watching a movie or video, my phone will glitch, screen flashes white and screen goes to what I was previously doing. What's causing this and what can I do to attempt resolving this matter?Hello,

Hi,

Check if your phone is up to date by going to Settings > System > System Updates. If an update is available, install it.

If no update is available, try a force reboot by pressing and holding the power button for 10 to 20 seconds.

In case the above instructions don't solve the issues, download the Lenovo Moto Smart Assistant tool to diagnose and try to fix your phone.
