Hey guys, I know it is a bit old now but it has dropped connection to my wifi and we cannot get to reconnect ie watch Netflix/stan ect the unfortunate part is my beautiful princess's growing have destroyed the smart remote totally well both remotes lol. I am using the remote from older model Samsung that died. is there anyway to do a full factory reset and re tune without smart remote ? cheers TIA Drew
