Hello, try holding down the power button and the + volume button for 15s at the same time.
If you think that it is a battery issue, find the model of the battery, buy a new one and replace it (if the battery is replaceable).
Let me know how you get on!
- If it doesn't work, then: Connect your charger (for at least 4 hours) and try the same thing again.
- Final option: Locate the reset button (it should be on the side), you will want to press it with a paperclip (or something that size).
- If you still can't find the reset button, take the back plate off and locate the reset button (it should be fairly visible), and press it.
If you think that it is a battery issue, find the model of the battery, buy a new one and replace it (if the battery is replaceable).
