Is my phone secure or did my gf install a spy app

I want an app or way to see exactly whats on my phone , an is everything on it supposed to be on it or not ? Keep having settings change , apps downloaded and other things without me doing it or my knowledge of it at the time

Hello, you should be able to go into settings and look at the apps installed on your phone. If there appears to be something that you haven't installed yourself, you can remove it from there.
