Hello, from the LG help library.
To remove the master password:
Regards
- Try the default pin code: 0000
- If you forgot your password, enter 0325 on the remote control.
To remove the master password:
- Go to "Lock" tab and pop - up dialog password with 4 digit.
- Press "MUTE" button 3 times.
- Pop - up new dialog with 6 digit.
- Enter master password 129472 (* try 210499 for older version of LG TV)
- Enter your new password.
- Done.
