Hello, after having looked around, it would appear the solution that works for most people is to perform a hard reset (which will wipe your phone, and you will have to start from scratch)...
If your phone is new, then this won't be a problem. However if you already have important data on your phone, you would need to back this up before you performed the hard reset.
Alternatively, try uninstalling and reinstalling the windows play store.
