Cant get sky after autorun on LGUM7500) tv

Anybody know how mine comes via output rf cable from sky box to rf input on tv

Hello, how old is your Sky Box?

I suggest to turn everything off (TV and Sky Box). Disconnect them, and then reconnect them.

If your Sky Box was working fine before autorun, try uninstalling it.

many thanks i have an rf cable coming out of back of skybox to an aerial distributer all the other rooms pick up the sky signal but the new tv does not its working on all the other tvs but not picking up the signal on the autorun

Can you try connecting a HDMI cable from the skybox to the TV?

thanks but its 80 feet away i have another LG tv and it picked up the sky signal thro the aerial cable o.k but for some reason this does not pick it up i think its just some setting somewhere that needs to be tweeked but have been in touch with LG and they cant sort it so stumped
