Hi. I purchased four phones one week ago when I switch my family's cell service. I was told I would receive the return label inside the box. It was not there. I have called twice in two days trying to get this label so I can return a phone and get 201.00, which is the trade in value. I called yet again last night. I was told something went wrong and my label cannot be found. So.....this concerns me. You have a 2week limit for me to mail the phone in. I was told last night as supervisor would call me back. Never did. I just simply need a label...that's it. Thank you.
