Right Toolbar Missing Closed

Question

I have Safari 13.1.1 on my iMac. 
The right toolbar, to the right of my mail messages,  recently disappeared.
This makes it difficult to scroll down. 
It was fine until a few days ago. 
This happened on both my Yahoo Mail and my Hotmail mail.
I saw on this forum to go to View/Toolbar/Lock Toolbar.
That does not work. View does not show Toolbar in the menu for Yahoo mail. 
I went into View and tried to show everything on the view menu,
changing each one from Hide to Show, but nothing works.

Hello, are you able to right click on the tool bar?

You should then be able to drag and drop what you want.

Thanks for your answer.
I had seen that customize toolbar for Yahoo mail before, but I didn't know which item to drag and drop. None seemed appropriate, but I'm not sure.
I went into Yahoo Mail today and surprisingly there now is a right toolbar there.
I went into Hotmail Mail today, but there still is no right toolbar there.
