Hello, I've had a look but I wasn't able to find the factory reset code. You could try contacting whoever you bought the device from to see if they know.
Alternatively you could try this... go through the menu's until your find الإعدادات (settings) and then اعدادات اللغة (language settings). You may be able to match the words.
Or even find a tutorial on how to change language settings for this device > and carefully follow the button input, the location of the settings should be the same, despite the change in language.
