Access the settings menu of your device Bontel, this is the cogwheel icon. Scroll down the Bontel settings to the bottom where you will see the section called “System”, click to continue. If you see a section called “Advanced” click to display the advanced options of the Bontel. Click on “Reset options” from this section it will allow us to restore network options, applications or reset the Bontel completely. Click on the last option called “Erase all data (factory reset)” or simply “Factory data reset”. After this, follow the steps it will help you. Regards, J Wick

We can't help you to unlock it. Please refer to this article for more info on why CCM doesn't help unlock mobile phones, smart watches or SIM cards.
