Wich one should I buy?

Hello, I am going to buy a new laptop. But wich one of these are best to run gta iv?

First:
HP pavilion

Processor: Athlon X2 QL-64 2.1 GHz
RAM: 3 GB
HDD: 250 GB
Video card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 - 512 MB
Windows: Vista

Or:
Asus
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo T7700 / 2.4 GHz
RAM: 2 GB / 2 GB (max)
Hdd: 250 GB
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GS TurboCache 1 GB
Windows: vista

Think about that I will have some more games than gta iv, so maybe 2gb is too small? Will it make my laptop slow? Please answer thank you!
