Hi,
To run two Skype accounts at the same time, you can install two different versions of Skype. Download the Skype app from the Microsoft Store as well as the Skype desktop software.
Then log in to your first Skype account on the app downloaded from the Microsoft Store, and your second account on the other app downloaded from the Web.
