FB login issue bc pin is sent to old phone number

Hello,
I am experiencing the same issue. FB keeps asking me to send a pin to my old number. I followed the same steps and submitted 4 reports. No reply. What did you do to regain access to your account? Its been 2 weeks and the whole situation makes me sick and sleepless.
