Megszüntetném a Skype fiókom de nem tudom .már több helyen is olvastam utána de túl régiek a hozzászólások így nem használhatók

To delete your Skype account, you must delete your Microsoft account as Skype can't be separated from it.

Go to the Microsoft account closure page and sign in to the Microsoft account that's associated with the Skype account you want to delete.

Click Mark account for closure and your Microsoft account will be scheduled to be deleted permanently after 60 days.

Please note that once your Microsoft account is deleted, you'll no longer be able to use any of Microsoft's products such as Skype, Outlook, OneDrive, Windows, etc. with that account.
