Hello,
i am using hp compaq laptop and i have a broad band connection .whenever i want to connect the net,i need to create a new network connection after shutting my laptop down.the previous net connection which is shown as disconnected can't be turned to connected after switching on my laptop.while clicking properties of that connection it shows some unexpected error. what is the cause for that problem?should i format my laptop
