Hello,
I am trying to put songs on my mp3 player from a windows 10 and the WMP saying it does not recognize the files and wont send them. (I have an eclipse mp3 player) Why wont it send and how do I fix it?

Hello, from the Microsoft help centre:
To resolve this problem, clear the Windows Media Player database.
Click Start, click Run, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Media Player, and then click OK.
Select all the files in the folder, and then click Delete on the File menu.
