First of all, you must allow downloading from unknown sources in your settings. You can find the option by going to Settings > Security > Unknown sources.
Next, download the APK file of Google Play Store here. Once the file is downloaded, start the installation.

these phones dont have that option. At least flip phones dont

Features phones aren't compatible as they've a proprietary operating system. However, for smartphones running the Android operating system, that should work.
