Recovery of message

Hello, I have a backup file with extension .mbk and now i want to recover my phone messages from that backup file and i am not able to see message .That backup file is from Nokia Asha 500 . I lost my phone and that message are most important message and need it urgently . Kindly help me please I request you to help me

Hello, from the Nokia help centre:
  • Select Menu > > Backup > Restore backup.
  • Select Choose and mark the data you want to restore, and select Done.
  • Your phone restarts after restoring the backup files.


You should see your messages once the backup files have been restored.
