I am not able to login please help me unlocking my account i think that my account has been hacked and as a precautionary method i have changed my password but i am not able to regain
full access of my account as it is locked so please unlock my account.Please help me.

If you have indeed posted content against Facebook's Community Standards, your account will remain blocked and your appeals will be rejected.
However, if you think your account was blocked by mistake, you can try to appeal the decision using this online form. Here is also an article explaining what to do if your Facebook account was disabled or locked.
