Help with yahoo pro

Hello, i cant get help on this anywhere, im trying to update my debit card details for yahoo pro. but i cant change it, because they are asking for my zip code and the state im from. but im from the uk , so it does not let me change it.

Hi,

Check if your account preferences are set correctly. Access your Account Info page and go to Preferences. Now in Language, make sure that your proper country is selected.
