so i made new instagram from a new email to creep on some people in peace but one of the accounts already had it blocked ten min after i made it (that account doesnt have me blocked on my real acct,

Hi,

If you've been blocked by someone on Instagram, there's nothing you can do. Only that account can choose to unblock you or not.

You can continue to follow that account using your main Instagram account, as it is not blocked.
