Instagram not logging in

Hello,

My account got hacked so I changed the password immediately by using the “forget password” to reset the password through mt email account. Now after successfully changing the password, after entering the correct credentials and pressing the login button, it just freezes and then starts the login process all over again. I tried logging in from my cellphone and laptop and other devices but still the same is happening again and again, I do have access to the mob Num as well as the email, and I can change the password successfully but still it doesn’t login giving me error of sorry we can’t log you in
Please advise.

System Configuration: iPhone / Safari 14.1.1

Hi,

Try requesting a login link from Instagram. If that doesn't help you to regain access to your account, you can request a security code or ask for support.

The instructions are described on this page. Select "I think my Instagram account has been hacked" and follow the steps.

I can change my password successfully, instergam sent me the login link before to change the password and it is changed but the issue is while logging in the account freeze and do t let me in, it’s not about the password

Try restarting your router and devices before trying to access your account again.

If your account is still inaccessible, select Get help logging in > Need more help? > Send Security Code.

Unfortunately, if the security code doesn't work either, your last option is to contact Instagram. Below "Send Security Code", select I can't access this email or phone number.

Then you'll be able to request support from Instagram.
