Hello, I just got a new phone, M2 plus and I want to set a password on it, but there was a password on it already so I need it to set a new password

Hello, if this is a brand new device, then you should be able to go to the retailer and explain the issue. If this is second hand device, then you will need to contact the person that you bought it off to see if they have the password.
