In the farthest room I get 200 Mbts on every on of my Apple product. With every other Laptop or PC I only get about 25 Mbts download. That seems crazy. Suggestions to improve this issue are greatly appreciated. Same results with several speed tests.

If the Wi-Fi signal is powerless, it is possible that your gadget is excessively far away from the switch or there are deterrents between them. Move your telephone or tablet close to the switch or eliminate any impediment and check the sign strength once more. Metal and attractive materials can meddle and even square the remote sign.

Check WiFi Channel and witch it to a Different WiFi Channel.
