Help with " winfolder lock pro v1.4" tool

hello ,, hope u all fine guys

i just wanna small help from anyone
im using a tool called " winfolder lock pro v1.4"

im windows 7

and i remember the correct password
but i left the folder for too long
and wanna get it back
when i tried
i get this message : can't process the folder (fails in rename) "

Hi,

Did you try renaming that folder in the past after it was locked? Perhaps, the tool has saved this folder with its original name and can no longer recognize it with the new name. If you can remember what the old folder name was, try renaming it.

If that folder has never been renamed, start your PC in Safe mode and try accessing the locked folder. In case it is still locked, try restoring your PC to a restore point prior the installation of the tool.
